OK, thanks. The only thing hurt is my pride, but that's much better than an A2 pulley rupture.

Update on my experiment to break a hangboard plateau, in the event anyone is interested. Finished up the hangboard season today. Did 10 sessions instead of 9. Set the weight to match the PB at HB 9, increase by 5 at HB 10. Planned on increasing the weight whether set was completed or not (as long as nothing felt tweaky). Data could be a little skewed because of changing grip order a little and adding the mono, but I was able to successfully break my HB plateau, in a minor way. Managed to set a new PB on the SVDER (50 pounds 5 reps) and match the PB on the MR. The others didn't make it to the PB on paper, but all felt pretty solid.

Were the grips preceding the SVDER the same as your previous PB season?

SVDER was first. Last season was:
SVDER MR Forge crimp IM Wide pinch Sloper
This season ended up as:
SVDER MR Forge crimp Mono Wide pinch IM
I didn't want to put the IM last, but didn't see a better alternative. For now, I still see my SVDER as the most important grip, the pinch as the least important.

Well then, congrats on the legitimate SVDER PB.
