Good morning Everyone! Before I start, I want to say that this program has set a positive mindset on training, climbing and life all together for myself. Its amazing how I feel after a bunch of training sessions and to actually see steady progression. Fantastic and fulfilling!! Thank you.
However, I am here for some advice on training between trips. Near the end of June I am heading to Smith. I have my training plan set up and its for the full length. When I return, I have a trip to The Red near the middle of august. That leaves me with about 5 to 6 weeks of another training cycle.
My question is, Can I condense a smaller form of training, or should I just climb through those months, snag volume and just head into the red with continuous climbing and rest of course?
