Hi, currently in my first season and about to start my first power phase. Loving the gains made so far, I do need to work on core stability to keep from peeling off of the more challenging routes. I hate core floor work, and don't think is is the best use of time, in order to obtain effective stability. I would like to work on the gym rings, developing levers, lock off extensions etc. Wondering if anybody had some good suggestions on some solid routines for supplemental work.
cheers

After taking Mark's advice from this post: rockclimberstrainingmanual.com/2015/05/27/functional-core-training/I do a few core ring exercises: levers, wings, ab rollouts, butter makers (it's sort a lockoff to lever move discussed in some other post) On the bar, I also do sometimes L-sit pull-ups with lockoff at the top, round the worlds and windshield-wipers. (most of those moves are described in the link above but not all).
