Hi there, just finished up my strength phase yesterday and wanted to get some clarification on how to perform my upcoming campus workout. I have some experience with campusing and can generally perform basic ladders up and down the large and medium rungs though i tend to have trouble with max ladders (i can usually do 1-3-4.5 but 1-3-5 is challenging on medium rungs).
At any rate, my question is about what constitutes a single set...given that one leads with either the left or right hand and that you want to match each effort with the mirror would you do a B1-L3-R5-B5, drop off and follow it immediately with B1-R3-L5-B5 then take your 2-3 min rest and call that one set orrr would you perform the B1-L3-R5-B5, drop off, rest 2-3 mins and call that one set and the mirror (B1-R3-L5-B5) a second set of max ladders?
Thanks for any help with this,
