Hi all, It's not earth shattering but I thought I would pass it along. I used a permanent marker to mark the indicator dots on the LVDER and SVDER on the outside lip. Makes it a little easier to find my position between reps grabbing a quick shake out or chalk. Hadn't seen this posted yet but I definitely could have missed it.

That's a great tip. Every time I start a new cycle it takes me a couple sets to remember where to place my hands.

tape would be good too. just move it when you need a new position.
