On page 187 of the book, which is a sample training schedule for an experienced trainee, week one has some notes about "stress-proofing". I can't seem to find an information about this in the book - perhaps someone can point me in the right direction?
Or perhaps this is a result of the ARC'ing?
Thanks in advance, Travis

What this refers to is taking your skills practice from ARC'ing and applying the practice to harder (more stressful) situations. For example, working easy back steps in ARC'ing, then working harder boulder problems or routes with back steps to make you more comfortable with the new (or improved) skill.

That makes sense. Thanks for the great response!
