Hi, For us trying to follow the RCTM program but not living in the US, Liberia or Myanmar -what weight increments do you suggest when hangboarding -for increments between sets (+10) and increments after successful completion (+5)? Assuming there are no half kilo or smaller weights available.
10 pounds is roughly 4.5 kg, 5 pounds 2.27 kg.

Hey mikael,
i use 5 kg (between sets) and 2,5 kg (between workouts) weight plates. Works pretty good for me. If i feel i am too close to the 'redline' i only increase by 2,5 kg between sets.

I use 4 kg increments between sets and 2 kg increments between workouts.
