What are you all generally climbing for your OM in comparison to your onsight/redpoint level? I am generally onsighting the easy 5.12 range(sport) and tend to climb in the 5.10+/5.11- range while trying to get some milage in. I normally can climb all my routes without falls and I only start to feel real fatigued at the end of a 10 lap day. What do you think should I push a little harder, try and add a few more difficult laps in? Or should I get on easier routes and really try to climb more smoothly?

For comparison, I on-sight about 12b. Project mid 13 and when I do OM days, I like to do laps on 11c-12b. I have a few super-wired 12cs I can lap, too. The number of laps I do actually depends on the number of moves/ feet of climbing. On a mileage day, I try to do about min of 500 moves, which is usually 8-10 laps. Rest = work ratio.
