Hi, I am wondering if anyone has advice on how to quickly drop lower body muscle mass? I lost lower body mass over a long period of time by just climbing and not running, hiking, etc. Over the last 100 days I've hiked many miles (at least 10 a day) and my lower body muscle mass has returned. What do you recommend for quickly dropping the muscles? And in a way that does not deplete upper body muscle mass? Thanks!

Do this: Seriously though, what I do is nothing. That is, I avoid using my legs (while continuing with climbing-specific training). They should shrink down after 2-3 weeks of inactivity.
