Any good suggestions of yoga dvd's routines designed for full body flexibility. I like to do yoga after a day of climbing, but am getting a big tired of my wives only yoga video she has.

I like youtube or www.doyogawithme.com (free videos). Depending on the style you like there is lots to choose from (without knowing your style it is hard to give specific videos). Sometimes it can be good to follow some 'real' classes to get feedback on your alignment and tips how to work a pose.

I am extremely new to yoga, so maybe the videos I'm following are just awful and stupid or really basic, but I really like the Yoga with Adrienne videos. They are also free and pretty mellow, so as an after-workout exercise, they are great.

Yoga is a very broad concept nowadays and that is cool! And there is no real beginner-yoga Even in more basic poses everyone can work on alignment and creating calmness. One of my teachers once said: be happy if you are stiff, you do not have to do all kind of strange poses to feel a stretch and get a connection with your body.

I'm definitely looking for something pretty mellow, as I am pretty stiff and totally happy not to have to do strange poses to get a stretch! That said, having done a few of these workouts now, I would like to attend a few classes to get some active feedback.

Yeah I agree that yoga is very beneficial for full body flexibility. But if you have any kind of issues in doing yoga then it might be troublesome. There was terrible back pain while doing yoga so firstly I got acupuncture for the pain relief from a domestic acupuncturist Mississauga and then started doing yoga for body flexibility. Truly it helped me a lot in overcoming all that back pain!!
