So I read the whole book and now I'm creating my first cycle. I forgot how long the rests between sets should be. I'm starting out with 2x20min and I completely forgot how long the rests should be.

10 minutes typically. Drink lots of water in this time, it helps!

Awesome thanks. Oh, and also, I'm climbing 5.5 for Arc training and I'm getting a pretty good burn while doing it. I can't distinguish if it's a pump or not. Sorry still kind of new to climbing.
