Hi everyone, I am new in this community and I am pleased to see the many so interresting discussion everywhere in this forum on our beautiful sport. I purchased the RCTM, and it is great, simple, effective and beautiful. I began thinking about planning my training a few month ago, since I often injured myself the last few years and I think it is due to overtraining (and probably quite weak fingers too). because of my climbing injury (and for running), I purchased an electro stimulator. It is a great tool for recovery, this aspect is quite accepted in different sports. The electro stimulation is also used for strength gains. It is interresting because it is a way to develop the muscles without the articular risk, and it seems to be used in many sport. So, we have two ways to use them which could help a lot if used well?
I want to know if some people use it, how do you use it and how do you mix it with your training routine (RCTM training)??

I've never used one, but at least one accomplished climber has used one regularly (Andy Raether).
I recommend you look at some research about these devices. There is some fear that they interfere with the neurological system's ability to activate muscle fibers. Considering how critical neurological contributions are to finger strength, this should be a significant concern for climbers.

Thank you for your response Mark, I consider your response and i'm trying to find some clues on this issue, I'll post it if I find something serious. I'll try to give my personal feedback too, on how I feel! If anyone else have a use of this tool, feel free to react, thank you!
