Hello!
So I just found out that I'll be in Phoenix, AZ in a week and a half. Unfortunately this falls right in the middle of my strength phase, and could mean that I'll miss two hangboard workouts... I snooped through the websites of some of the local gyms and didn't see any that were really set up with a good training area.
Anyone know of a good training gym in/around Phoenix? Specifically somewhere I can rig up a pulley system for my hangboard workouts?
