I train at home and I have no wall nearby to warm up on before my hangboard workouts. I keep finding that the second set (of 2, I'm doing the intermediate workout) feels easier than the first, despite using more weight. I'm attributing this to me not being fully warm before starting. Does anyone have any good ways of getting warm before the session without the use of a bouldering wall?
