Not many fingerboards have pinches on them - I use a beastmaker - so I train pinches using a couple of different width blocks of wood and hang free weights of them. How does everyone else work their pinches in the strength phase?

The Rock Prodigy hangboard from Trango has nice pinches on it that don't hurt your wrists.

Also, for the rptc, be sure to set the width wide enough so that you can train the narrow pinch. I set it at 4.5 inches and probably due to having wide shoulders, my hands interfere with the outer side of the board. I'm gonna see if I can set up the variable mount width for the next cycle.

i used to use a pair of wood blocks with cord connected to eyebolts in the ceiling. one major problem with this is that as you increase the weight it gets harder and harder to keep the blocks separated. they want to come together and crush your thumbs between the blocks. also, you start kind of cheating by using compression (at the expense of crushing your thumbs even more). i always flatlined really badly on pinch grips using the blocks, although they were the best option at the time. i have an RPTC board now and the pinches are superb. i have made consistent progress on the pinches in all 4 of my cycles.
