Hi, I was just wondering how people went about measuring their 'baseline' on a fingerboard? Also do people tend to mix up the repeater routine with French repeaters and max hangs and one arm hangs / pull ups?
Cheers

I figure out my baseline through trial and error. Preferrably, start with way too little resistance, and then gradually dial it up until it becomes difficult to complete each set. It may take a few workouts to figure out your baseline. That's ok. Next time around you will be able to figure it out much more quickly (using the first cycle as a reference).
I do not mix any other exercises in.

Thanks for the reply, I did my first set of multiple grip repeaters the other day and was totally wrecked by the 4th grip type, I reckon it exposed a big weakness in my strength. Will be good to see some gains with this method! It might be good to mix up mesocycles with repeaters and max hangs / one arm hang work.
