Hangboard Repetition Timing

Strength training on hangboard: I understand the basic schema that you have but specifically would like to know if for a given set - intermediate level for sake of case -, are you targeting 7 sec hang and taking off wait until they are all 7 seconds? I guess another way to ask this is for a given set with 6 reps, with expected rest times of only 3 secs, would the following be reasonable for the duration you are able to hang: 1 - 7s, 2 - 6 s, 3 - 5 s, 4 - 3 s, 5 - 3s, 6 - 2-3s?

For a given set, every rep should last 7 seconds (or very close to it). If you are unable to complete 7 second repetitions, the resistance is to great, and should be reduced to the point that you can complete every 7-second repetition.
