Mark and Mike,
I think this is all great, and there's tons of useful stuff on this forum (in addition to the book of course). I think it would be great if the "Physical Training" Section was divided out by Base Fitness, Strength, Power, etc so people could quickly navigate to a topic of interest relevant to the phase at hand. Make sense?

Great idea. At first I think we weren't sure anyone would ever post here to this forum, so we started small, but its definitely time for more sub-forums. Let us know what you think. Mark
