I just came home from my 3rd bad power session. So far I had one awesome campus session (new personal best) and one awesome limit session. But in the last week, all sessions felt bad. I couldn't match previous bests, felt sluggish, heavy and not very sharp/precise, felt powered out after an hour, ...
I am also in my third week of a caloric deficit and have lost 5-6lbs so far.
Am I cutting too hard? Do I need to refeed or take it slower? Should I deload for a few days?
