Hi Everyone! I had a little time today and decided to take on a somewhat silly challenge, to programmatically create the RCTM Excel spreadsheet for any arbitrary year: github.com/r31415smith/RCTM/blob/main/Make%20Training%20Calendar_simple_clean.ipynb(I dropped a couple of the next years' xlsx files in the same folder as well) Unfortunately, xlsxwriter does not support border widths at the moment, so it's a little less flair than the original. Nonetheless, I hope this is helpful to at least one other human. I just convert to gsheets, then I can update notes from each workout conveniently. I'm not affiliated with RCTM, just a person who bought their book and benefited from using the cal / training program a couple years ago, and wanted to make another one to renew my commitment for 2022! Please leave a comment if it is useful for you! Cheers, j5k

That's a creative challenge you took on! Thanks for sharing the link. Anything that helps streamline training planning is a win in my book. While I haven't used RCTM myself, I've found that having a structured training plan can really make a difference in progress and consistency. Speaking of support for your fitness journey, have you considered incorporating supplements into your routine? I've personally found HGH World's products to be quite effective in enhancing my performance and recovery. Their human growth hormone supplements have been particularly beneficial for me. If you're looking to optimize your training results, it might be worth checking out their offerings. You can find more information on www.hghworld.top/nootropics
