I am curious what the thoughts here are on this article from Jonathan Siegrist. I know he is a proponent of this book and it’s method so I thought I’d share it here and see what people’s thoughts are. www.climbing.com/skills/jonathan-siegrist-climb-to-train-how-to-improve-by-simply-climbing/
In it he suggests that beginners should just focus on climbing for the first several years, he said for him it was 4, and only start training once you plateau.
