I have been climbing since last May. So I have been climbing for about 9-10 months now. Is it safe to start hangboarding? My flash grade is V4, and I can usually climb a V5 within a single session. For top route my best climb is a 5.11 on a shorter wall, and on 63 foot wall I have climbed a 5.11-. Is it safe to start hangboarding without risk of injury?

It depends on how intense you make it.

It depends on how intense you make it. I was just going to do the beginner routine shown in the training manual.

In my view, there is no better way to improve grip strength than to do a lot of climbing exercises consistently. Spending a lot of time in climbing gyms while doing different types of climbing exercises will improve your grip strength quickly.
