In the proposed bouldering plan on page 277, there are 10 hangboard sessions listed as opposed to the 9 in the route program proposed on page 187. What's the reason for that?

I did. Maybe I should rephrase the question. In relation to the 9 session route plan, is it an attempt to reach a higher level of strength at the end, or to give more time to reach the same level of strength?
I've experimented with both options with mixed results. For example, I've started at baseline and set weights to reach PB + 10, and I've started at baseline -5 with a goal of providing more opportunity to reach PB + 5. I know that's a difficult question to answer, but assume that reaching a PB on a given grip is becoming much more challenging.

Hello I have a question about the bouldering plan. In weeks 9, 10, 11 and 12 there are sessions which have 'Boulder attempts' underlined. What do they mean by that? Many thanks, David
