Hoping for some good suggestions:
Started some early season general conditioning exercise. Today went for a 5 mile outing with 2000 ft ascent / descent. To break things up a bit did various conditioning exercises en route. Ones I could think of were press ups of various inclines, 2 arm standing shoulder press with a medium sized rock, some through leg kettle bell type swings with said rock, and some grip pinch work whilst walking along with a different fat grip rock. All good fun despite having to kick steps through the snow and the 60 mph winds on the top. Any ideas for other things to add in next time out???
