Medial elbow pain m, common flexor tendon tear?

Anyone have any experience with this?

More than just some tendinitis, can’t actually climb or do pull ups. There is an actual tear (ultrasound diagnosis).

I’m hoping to get some sense of prognosis from someone who has had a similar injury.
