Hi Guys,
Just finished up Paramedic School where I got fat and out of shape, it's been almost a year since I've been able to train with any sort of regularity.
Which means: Time to do a good ARC phase! Get tendons ready, get muscles ready for some good high-quality training!
The problem I'm dealing with is this: I used to have a gym where I had 24/7 access as well as setting privileges, making for an incredible ARC setup as I could just go when the gym was closed and take care of business.
My gym now is Movement Denver and I have no idea how to effectively ARC in a busy gym. Just climb a lot of low-grade boulder problems? There's no auto-belay and traversing is out due to crowds even though I'm able to go mid-morning.
I would love to hear thoughts as I get back into the swing of things!

I have "bouldered" up (as far as gym staff allows) and down on an roped route for a few minutes and then move on to another and repeat. Can often get a few minutes of these short laps in while the more social gym customers are roping up and chatting while setting up/claiming the route.
