Totally unscientific and maybes just for fun but have a thread for quantifying various aspects of training as a percentage improvement.
See if we can help those misguided soles from pursuing minimal gains when they should be knuckling down to some hard graft.
Anything goes and all are up for debate / discussion...

How's about some nutritional ones: Creatine: +30% for short power bouldering, -10% for enduro sport routes Too much beer the night before: +50% for about half an hour then nothing for the rest of the day Taking a bag of nice food and coffee to the crag: +40% Having your belayer steal all your food and coffee whilst you work your route: -40% Keto Diet: ....................
