Does anyone have any experience using the Eva Lopez Intermittent Dead Hangs protocol? (http://bit.ly/2wconOU)
I've spent the last four weeks doing max weight hangs and am looking for a repeater/intermittent dead hang protocol for the next four weeks.
I've only been using 3 grips for the max weight: 4F 1/2 crimp on 18mm edge, 3F IMR open-hand and pinch blocks. Considering sticking with these three holds because it makes for a quicker session than the RCTM repeater workout, the angles and fingers used are translatable to common grips combinations, and it'll maintain consistency between the first month and second month of my training.
The Eva Lopez Intermittent Dead Hang protocol only calls for one grip - the four finger 1/2 crimp.
Thoughts on adapting the program to three grips? Or any other input?
