Hi all,
I'm wondering what the general opinion is of mixing ARC sessions with supplemental exercises? I can understand the reasoning for not hangboarding after ARC sessions, but what about doing the supplemental exercises?

I've always done this. I don't see any reason not to do supplemental exercises after ARCing if you've still got the energy for it.

I do SE throughout the ARC phase. I'm still experimenting with how to make this work for my body and my situation, but I'm currently doing:
Day 1: Two ARC sets, Abs, rehab/pre-hab exercises for elbow issues Day 2: One ARC set, SE, Abs Day 3: Rest Repeat...

I also do SEs through every phase, whenever practical. Sometimes its not practical in the performance phase, like when I'm on a trip and don't have the necessary equipment, or when I'm doing long climbing days with minimal rest days and accumulating a lot of fatigue.
