Hi all,
I am at the 3rd HB workout of my 3rd training season getting totally smashed this time.
Can anyone share their repeaters numbers on that board so that i can guesstimate where i am?

Hi Kader, I am interested in that too as I have the BM2000 as well. I did some workout at the end of 2016. Grips according to the following image (http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-IaCtLyyN9jg/TyUPMBgFyII/AAAAAAAACfw/y9U7p-rKuA0/s1600/Beastmaker-annotated.JPG) I was not really doing it the way i should as I was putting the same weight on both sets (and doing 2 set)
1) grip 5 (All fingers) +13kg 2 grip 7 middle team + 9kg 3) grip 7 back 2 bodyweight 4) grip 7 front 2 5) grip 10 (one hand in 10 one hand in 5) I never really managed anything good on that 6) grip 12 bodyweight
I have restarted a cycle (in between i did some eva lopez max hangs) I will let you know how it is going what about you?
