Hi, I'm just starting the Rock Prodigy Program and am going through the skill development sections. I'm having difficulty understanding the Blind Dyno skill. The description says to select a group of handholds that allow you to dyno back and forth between them without moving your feet. My understanding of dyno's and this description don't jive. Does this mean to select a starting point and dyno to selected hand holds to the right without feet coming off the wall, then reset and dyno to the left, again without feet coming off the wall? How do you dyno back and forth between holds without moving your feet? Thanks!!

I would say to not get distracted by the notion of dyno as only referring to some all points off flight between distant holds. What seems to be intended is a dynamic movement, rather than a static one.
I think the premise of the exercise is to move your hands dynamically between holds in order to highlight the dead-point movement pattern. I use a version of this with folks who are just learning and hold one hand flat on the wall, and hop my other hand between different holds while staying on a vert or slightly overhanging wall.
