Hey everyone, This strength phase I'm hoping to pare down the number of sets/grips I use during hangboarding. I'm currently using the intermediate plan and previously had 7 actual sets (not counting the warm up) that included half-crimp edge, 2FP (IM), pinch, 2FP (MR), open hand edge, sloper, and deep open hand edge. I'm considering cutting out my last 2 grips (sloper and a deep open-handed edge) as I didn't feel these were that useful. This will take me from 7 to 5 total grips. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with paring down their number of grips/sets and if they noted any differences in performance, recovery, or anything else that occurred.
