Hoping to get some help - I will only have access to a diy hangboard and basic weights for at least 1 month. Trying to design a plan to lose the least amount of strength. I went through a rctm training cycle in the fall with the rctm Hangboard using the beginner hangboard protocol (repeaters, pulley system, 6 grips). My board is going to Be super simple and I won't have a pulley system. Are repeaters still the best way to go for me? Im thinking I'll have to do big grips (will at least have one big edge and medium edge) with added weight, and then add supplementary exercises for a full body workout. Also, I was doing one day on, two days off during the hangboard cycle - should I stick to this? Thanks for your help.

Anything that you can stick with and measure for the month is better than nothing. Maybe you can use a two pad edge since you won't be able to take weight off?
If that isn't feasible a 1 rep max routine could be worth doing. 1 rep max's should be reserved for those with a lot of experience on the hangboard so if you do try it, take it VERY SLOWLY.
