I have been hanging for about 3 years and about 1 with the advanced protocol. I have seen that in my advancement, I needed too much weight to use the 3 finger pockets and hurt my shoulders, so for the last 3 or 4 seasons I have changed the grips to the outer side of the top rail for the front3 and inner side of the lower rail for the back 3, with very good position and intense force. Has anyone done this? Feedback welcome!
