So I just had surgery on the Plantaris tendon (near the calf muscle) and I'm going to be in a walking boot for the next month.
Any ideas or suggestions on how one might warm up for hangboarding or maybe even campusing with only 1 functioning leg?
So far, all I've been doing is: - Rice bucket stuff - opening and closing my hands in a bag of lentils for ~7 min - Doing a warm-up HB set where I take off ~45 lbs and progress through all the holds (10 sec on/5 sec off) in one set
I work out at a new space-age climbing gym here in Austin, TX that has plenty of equipment, so I just need ideas.

Theraband flexbar + what you're already doing. I'd try to add something full body. Maybe a few one legged push-ups

I actually don't warm up as extensively as most folks do to hangboard. I just do 2 or 3 sets of body weight on the jugs, sometimes "priming" my fingers by running them through different holds without completely weighing them. Maybe not the smartest thing, but works for me. My first grip is an open hand edge though, so not too tweaky.
