I'm curious if anyone out there has an opinion on the " Grease the Groove" training method. Long story short, this method asks you to do an exercise 5-6 times a day, about 5 days a week, but at only 50-75% of your maximum load (so that you don't get too pumped and can continue to do the exercise with frequency). They say that this amount of frequency stimulates neurological adaptation much faster than traditional bodybuilding methods. What are your thoughts and opinions? Is this theory plausible but unrealistic given the frequency that you're asking people to exercise? Is this simply a fad that stands out because it is different from tried and true methods of strength training?

Grease the Groove for Strength
by Pavel Tsatsouline
This was the first place I remember reading about it several years ago and I know this was not the original author it's been around forever under different names. It's one of many tools to have in your toolbox for increasing strength.
