How would you go about training for this in a short time.
Do i cut out the arc period and do 4 weeks of fingerboard training then 2 weeks of power and 1 week of PE
Just wondering what the best area to focus on would be

What's your goals, long Trad routes, steep sport? Any specific routes your looking at?
If your gunning for sport routes then I would emphasis strength and PE. I would do an EASY arc before your HB and another after to refine movement. You could do a little power training while in your PE phase to round things out a little.
Long trad routes, I would think lots of Arcing and a little strength/PE.

I'm headed to Red Rocks, on weekend of 9/10 April. Still trying to work out which routes to jump on - you looking at anything in particular?
