So I just booked a climbing trip next weekend in Tenerife with a climbing buddy.
I am currently in the middle of my strength phase and today I did workout #6. I got 2 more training sessions before the trip.
What do you guys reckon is the best way to spend them? 2 more strength sessions or do 2 sessions with campus board? And furthermore, how should I continue after the trip? The climbing trip is 9 days.

I would try to get at least one day outside, on rock, before your trip. So maybe one indoor power workout, and one outdoor session?

Thanks for your feedback Mark.
Unfortunately climbing outside in Sweden this time of the year is no good. Everything is wet and cold. :-(
But I will go with two power workouts.
How would you continue after a trip like this? I will be away from the 27th December until the 5th of January. We will mainly onsight climb in the range of 7a-7b. Maybe do some redpoint burns on a 7b+ to 7c+ if we find a striking line that we feel that we must climb. I am currently thinking about restarting my cycle altogether and see the climbing trip as a base fitness period. This was my first cycle and the first two hangboard sessions were mainly about finding my Baseline. I have had really good gains on my hangboard workouts so I would gladly just continue doing them after the trip. :-)

Well, if you can't climb outside in Sweden before your trip, I suppose you can't climb outside after your trip either? So you might as well start a new cycle if that sets you up well for the spring (or whenever it is you can climb outside).

Since that climbing area looks pretty steep, I would do 7 days of steep ARCing and two days of rest before your trip. I am pretty unfit in my strength phase and your goal of onsighting requires fitness. Fitness can be trained up pretty quickly, especially if you can do double-session days in the morning/evening.
