Hi all,
I, like many of you I'm sure, used the calendar that the Anderson Brothers made available last year (my first year on the program). I liked the concept, but felt that it could be a bit easier to work with. Many of my seasons end up being the same - they have the same workouts, the same rest between workouts, etc. - so I wanted something that would allow for easy duplication. I also wanted to have my planning and tracking consolidated into a single document. Finally, I wanted a document that could be used from season to season year to year. It doesn't make sense to start from scratch each year.
With these considerations in mind, I adapted a workbook based on a template I found online. There are two sheets, described below, and a link to the workbook with my first season of 2016 provided as an example.
12 Months:
This is the second sheet in the workbook, but it probably makes the most sense to start here. The worksheet displays each day of the year, along with up to four activities that you have scheduled for that day. The sheet has conditional formatting set up to color code a number of different activities I thought might be typical to RPTM trainees.
The calendar is set up to be completely dynamic. Enter a month (Full Name), year, and the day you'd like to have as the first day in the week. The entire calendar, and all of your planned activities, then shift accordingly.
Planning & Tracking:
Working from left to right, the datapoints should be mostly self-explanantory. The key columns are "Date", "Category", and "Description". In order for your entries to appear (in any meaningful way) on the 12 Months worksheet, each of these key columns will need to be populated.
Date - You'll have to populate this so the calendar sheet knows which data to display.
Category - The color coding is based on the information in this column. Each option has its own display color.
Description - A short description of the workout. Only so many characters will display on the calendar.
You can populate the rest of the table, or add columns to the right of "Complete?" to facilitate your tracking and number crunching. It seemed best to start with a simple template and let you all customize to your own needs.

Hope some of you find this useful! Happy training.
