How did you adjust your baselines when you made the transition from the intermediate (2set) hangboard to the advanced (3set)?
My next strength cycle I am planning on adding the third set and am still trying to decide how to adjust my baseline weights. I'll mostly stick with the same grips. In the past, I have used the weights from my previous cycles third workout to determine my starting weights for the next cycle. Should I do the same thing and add a third easiest set? For example if I would have started with +10/+20 make it 0/+10/+20?

Yes, as you really want to complete set #1 95%-100% of the time all the way through HB10. You might even want to use less weight to start (maybe 10lbs less) because of the added # of sets...
Mark has said this numerous times and I agree, it's better to start at lower weights, have success on the early workouts (running the table on HB1 and HB2 gives you great confidence), and trying and roll with the success to personal best weights in HBs 7, 8, or 9.
