Hey,
I dont have access to a hangboard with pulley system that is suggested for finger strength training. Is there an acceptable alternative? In the gym i go to they do have hangboards but no pulley system. How would you make a workout without the pulley system? Or how could one train fingerstrength witnout a hangboard?
Thanks for any comment!
Cheers

My gym also does not provide a pulley system nor weights nor a proper way to mount. So I had to buy these things on my own and take them to gym each time. I only used one pulley and found a way to mount it behind the hangboard on a pull up bar that was not perfectly centered to the hangboard. This is not perfect and may be injury prone. I also used to train in the morning so i did not look like a freak taking up all the space and using a harness in a all bouldering gym.

^^^ This guy has the right idea. Or how could one train fingerstrength without a hangboard? Climbers have been doing this for years. It's not necessarily the most efficient, but the accepted advice is essentially, go bouldering.
