For those of us fortunate enough to live in noodle country, Noodles & Co. has launched a new line of low-carb/high protein dishes called Buff Bowls. Details here: www.noodles.com/spring/I haven't tried one yet but I will the next time I'm there.

Thanks for the Panera tip, that's news to me.
I eat a fair amount of Chipotle, but I've *heard* their salsas (including Pico de Gallo) are packed with unhealthy amounts of sodium, so something to consider.

My burrito bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, veggies, salsa, and lettuce are basically 90% of the daily recommended sodium. Fortunately I have unnaturally low sodium levels to help balance it out a little. Just have to drink a ton of water to flush the system.

good to see the new noodles options, we eat there quite a bit when looking for fast/reasonably healthy food. we also hit qdoba a fair amount.
the sodium issue is, unfortunately, the problem with eating almost anything anywhere. it drives me crazy how much salt they think they need to add. uggghh. several times in the last month or two we have gone out to eat at very nice restaurants and the food was so salty it was literally inedible. really weird - we aren't super salt sensitive or anything (that i know of).
