I seriously hope people don't look at these videos and start trying to incorporate the same type of volume into their workouts. I can hear it now "Ondra goes to the gym twice a day. I'll just do 3 times a day because I have a lot of catching up to do".

I did my first two session gym day today. As I lay in bed typing this, I have a flapper and 5 pads covered in tape and climb on. I cannot imagine doing those regularly and my second session was very laid back. His definitely aren't
