So far, I find huge offset pull-ups rather useful and dips. But I have to come across another really good workout. I've also heard push-ups are great but I am not a big fan of Muscle imbalance theories..but I know the rings add a little more to it

Josh,
Have you seen Gimme Kraft!? They have a section on Rings exercises. I can't speak to their efficacy with respect to rock climbing, but it may give you some ideas. I've been using rings for the past 6 months or so, and I really like them for all my pull exercises and some "core" exercises. I'm planning to do a blog post which will include some of that in the near-ish future.

Rings are great for training front levers, dips and push ups. There are so many excercises that you can do with the rings, but I only do those 3 i mentioned. I really like them. I trained on them last year and worked up to 12 second front levers with good form.

I use mine mainly for weighted chinups and front and back levers. Beast Skills has a good set of tutorials on both levers, with appropriate progression exercises to get you to the full positions.
