Hi guys,
really like the book!
I have a question - I am thinking of building a campus board at home, but I do not have a home wall (have a hang board though). How would you do the warmup?

Hank, First, check out this thread. However, full on campusing is much more intense and out of control than a typical hangboard workout, so you will need to be more warmed up than you would for a HB workout. I would start by warming up on the hangboard for around 15 mintes. Then I would do some timed hanboard sets to ramp up the intensity, maybe another 15 minutes. Then I would do some foot-on campusing, perhaps for another 15 minutes*. After all that (~45 minutes total) you should be ready for real campusing. *build your campus board such that foot-on campusing is an option. This is usually done with a "kick plate" below and slightly behind the campus board.
