I am second workout in the power phase (novice trainee) and I need some clarification. Question #1: I have the duration of Limit Boulder 90 min (p.147) and from Limit Bouldering Routine (p. 134) I get duration of activity for the Intermediate level of 105 min total. So I am wondering whether I should shave the workout down by the 15 min (for example by taking 5 off each phase in the warm up) or if I should just make it to the 105 min. Question #2: Does the duration of activity include rest between attempts (for example during hard bouldering) and between different phases of a workout (ARC, WBL, LB/Campus)? Question #3: Am I supposed to add more sets to the Beginners Campus Routine with each workout (since the duration of campus workouts is increasing)?

Martin,
#1: I would start by shaving 5 minutes off the "Hard Bouldering", and 10 minutes off the "Limit Bouldering". As you progress through the phase, shift more emphasis towards Limit Bouldering, and if you're feeling up to it, you can extend the length of your sessions.
#2: Yes, the duration includes rest between sets, but if you take longer breaks between activities (like 15 minutes), don't include that.
#3: Yes. Keep trying progressively more difficult ladders until you run out of time/sets.

Thanks for your response Mark. Next training cycle I'll do it right! but I was not too far off either. Training is fun!
