Awesome, I was wondering about this during my first campus workout (somehow I missed it in the book). I did the workout with very short brakes between sets and completed the beginners workout in less than 10 minutes.

So it turned out that I was using XL rungs instead of Large and Large instead of medium (my gym has four sizes). On the next workout I did use the correct rungs and guess what - it was harder! I used 2 minutes brakes between sets on the medium rungs and it took me 30 minutes to finish the twelve sets. So no speed record.
