Starting with campus soon

Hi!

I'm going to be starting campusing soon and this will be my first time doing campus at all. I'm wondering if you guys have any video that shows proper campus practice. I've found this video but it looks like the guy is resting in between latches, which doesn't relate to what the RCTM tips about using momentum and avoiding pausing or adjusting between moves (page 140). I would really like to see what a properly executed campus exercise looks like.
