Time to "reset" from training phase?

Hi-

So obviously the book recommends a 2 week rest phase, which I agree with.  If I were to squeeze a phase of hang boarding in this winter, how long would it take to "reset" from that?  This depends on the person I guess but is that magic number 7 days, 10 days?  Anyone have any experience with this?

There is no magic number. I've gone with as little as 3 rest days between seasons, or as much as several months. If you want to do back-to-back hangboard phases, I would suggest resting in the range of 7 to 14 days.
