Somewhere I remember you saying that the example on that spreadsheet was not typical to a normal training cycle for you (not able to get outside much, if I remember correctly).
Do you have a few more examples of real application of training cycles?

adrock, The example in the Excel file was originally posted (and discussed) here: rockclimberstrainingmanual.com/2013/11/26/training-efficiently/The example is unusual in that I was able to climb outside more often than I normally do, because my wife was on maternity leave at the end of September, so we had the opportunity to go on a trip to Lander, and then as soon as we got back the Government shutdown happened and I got another week off. Anyway, I have many years of actually training cycles. I think that's a great idea to post some more examples. It will take some work to get them "translated" into english, but I'll get working on that.... Mark
